  1. 1. Put all ingredients for the herb sauce into a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. 2. Put flour, eggs, 2 tablespoons of the herb sauce, oil, salt, pepper, and 3 to 4 tablespoons of water into a bowl.
  3. 3. Knead the ingredients into a smooth pasta dough.
  4. 4. Shape the dough into a ball.
  5. 5. Cover the dough ball with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Mix the remaining herb sauce with Parmesan, mozzarella, and pine nuts for the filling.
  7. 7. Dust your work surface with flour.
  8. 8. Roll out the pasta dough thinly.
  9. 9. Divide the dough into four equal sheets.
  10. 10. Place one teaspoon of filling on two dough sheets, spaced about 3 centimeters apart.
  11. 11. Place the other two dough sheets on top.
  12. 12. Press the dough firmly around the filling.
  13. 13. Cut out the ravioli using a pastry wheel.
  14. 14. Bring plenty of salted water to a boil in a pot.
