  2. 2. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. 3. Season the sauce with salt and cayenne pepper.
  4. 4. Let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Rinse the shrimp thoroughly.
  6. 6. Pat the shrimp dry with kitchen paper.
  7. 7. Cook the ravioli in boiling salted water according to the package instructions.
  8. 8. Whisk mustard and coriander together in a small bowl to make a sauce.
  9. 9. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan.
  10. 10. Fry the shrimp in the pan for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
  11. 11. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Deglaze the pan with white wine.
  13. 13. Remove the pan from the heat.
  14. 14. Stir the prepared coriander-mustard mixture into the pan.
  15. 15. Place a spoonful of tomato sauce on each plate and spread it flat.
