🍽️ Red Beet Salad with Grapes, Capers, and Goat Cheese

Ingredients
- 400 g beetroot
- 250 g corn salad
- 1 red onion
- 250 g red seedless grapes
- 300 g goat cheese
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp capers
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the red beet thoroughly.
- 2. Steam the red beet for about 35 minutes until tender.
- 3. Peel the cooled red beet.
- 4. Cut the red beet into bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Wash the corn salad.
- 6. Remove any tough stems or wilted leaves from the corn salad.
- 7. Dry the corn salad well.
- 8. Peel the onions.
- 9. Halve the onions.
- 10. Slice the onions into thin strips.
- 11. Wash the grapes.
- 12. Halve the grapes.
- 13. Crumble the goat cheese with your fingers.
- 14. Arrange all prepared ingredients on the plates.
- 15. Whisk the balsamic vinegar with the lemon juice.
- 16. Stir the honey into the vinegar-lemon mixture.
- 17. Add the olive oil and mix everything well.
- 18. Add the capers to the dressing mixture.
- 19. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
- 20. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
- 21. Serve the salad immediately.
