🍽️ Chanterelles in Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 500 g chanterelles
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt
- pepper
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- 1. Clean the chanterelles thoroughly and remove any dirt.
- 2. Peel the onion and dice it into small cubes.
- 3. Heat the oil in a large frying pan.
- 4. Fry the chanterelles vigorously until they have taken on color.
- 5. Add the onion cubes to the pan and fry them briefly.
- 6. Season the mixture with a little salt and pepper.
- 7. Pour in the cream and let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes.
- 8. Stir in the crème fraîche and continue cooking the sauce until it is creamy.
- 9. Taste the sauce again and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
- 10. Sprinkle the dish with fresh parsley.
- 11. Serve the chanterelles hot with bread dumplings.
