  1. 1. Wash the spring onions thoroughly and remove the dry ends.
  2. 2. Dice the white lower parts of the onions into small cubes.
  3. 3. Place the onion cubes into a tall, narrow container that is large enough for an immersion blender.
  4. 4. Slice the green upper parts of the spring onions into very fine rings.
  5. 5. Place the green onion rings on a small plate and set them aside.
  6. 6. Dice the smoked turkey breast into fine cubes.
  7. 7. Add the turkey cubes to the tall container with the onions.
  8. 8. Add cooking cream, crème fraîche, and mustard to the container.
  9. 9. Blend the mixture with an immersion blender until it is completely smooth and creamy.
  10. 10. Season the cream to taste with black pepper.
  11. 11. Sprinkle the finished cream with the previously prepared green onion rings.
  12. 12. Serve the dip immediately.
