🍳 Smoked Turkey Breast Dip

Ingredients
- 1 spring onion
- 100 g smoked turkey breast (sliced)
- 2 tbsp cooking cream
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche with herbs (15% fat)
- 1 tsp medium-hot mustard

Instructions
- 1. Wash the spring onions thoroughly and remove the dry ends.
- 2. Dice the white lower parts of the onions into small cubes.
- 3. Place the onion cubes into a tall, narrow container that is large enough for an immersion blender.
- 4. Slice the green upper parts of the spring onions into very fine rings.
- 5. Place the green onion rings on a small plate and set them aside.
- 6. Dice the smoked turkey breast into fine cubes.
- 7. Add the turkey cubes to the tall container with the onions.
- 8. Add cooking cream, crème fraîche, and mustard to the container.
- 9. Blend the mixture with an immersion blender until it is completely smooth and creamy.
- 10. Season the cream to taste with black pepper.
- 11. Sprinkle the finished cream with the previously prepared green onion rings.
- 12. Serve the dip immediately.
