Ingredients
- 2 endive
- 5 slices smoked salmon
- 5 tsp keta caviar
Instructions
- 1. Cut off the bottom third of the chicory head.
- 2. Separate the chicory into 10 equal-sized leaves.
- 3. Cut the smoked salmon in half.
- 4. Place the salmon halves on the chicory leaves.
- 5. Add half a teaspoon of salmon caviar on top.
- 6. Arrange the portions on a plate.
