🍽️ Crunchy Salmon and Egg Toast

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp Cream cheese
- 1 tsp freshly grated horseradish
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 1 Vegetable onion
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 8 slices Toast bread
- 150 g Smoked salmon
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the mayonnaise, cream cheese, and horseradish together in a bowl.
- 2. Season the cream mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 3. Peel the onion and slice it into very thin rings.
- 4. Hard-boil the eggs.
- 5. Peel the cooled eggs.
- 6. Slice the eggs into thin rounds.
- 7. Toast the bread slices until crunchy.
- 8. Spread the prepared cream mixture thinly over all toast slices.
- 9. Place smoked salmon, egg slices, and onion rings on half of the toast slices.
- 10. Cover the filled toast slices with the remaining slices.
- 11. Ensure the cream side faces downward.
- 12. Cut the finished toasts diagonally in half.
- 13. Stack the halves on top of each other as you like.
- 14. Secure the stacks with a toothpick.
- 15. Serve the toasts immediately.
