🍽️ Crunchy Baguette with Smoked Salmon, Cheese, and Dill

Ingredients
- 1 Baguette
- 300 g Cottage cheese
- 60 g Cream horseradish
- 100 g Smoked salmon
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 0.5 bunch Dill
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the dill under cold water.
- 2. Shake the dill dry.
- 3. Pluck the fine dill tips from the stems.
- 4. Divide the baguette into three equal parts.
- 5. Cut each baguette piece in half lengthwise.
- 6. Mix the cottage cheese with the horseradish in a bowl.
- 7. Spread the cheese-horseradish mixture evenly over the baguette halves.
- 8. Cut the smoked salmon into thin strips.
- 9. Drizzle the salmon strips with lemon juice.
- 10. Place the salmon strips on the topped baguettes.
- 11. Garnish the dishes with the previously plucked dill tips.
- 12. Serve the baguette immediately.
