🍽️ Crunchy Bites with Smoked Salmon and Camembert

Ingredients
- 1 small Camembert
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 150 g smoked salmon (in slices)
- basil
- pickled beetroot (strips)
- dill tips
- 4 slices whole grain bread
Instructions
- 1. Cut off the hard crust from the bread.
- 2. Cut the bread into small, triangular pieces.
- 3. Cut the salmon slices into strips about 4 centimeters wide.
- 4. Cut the Camembert into small cubes.
- 5. Take a salmon strip and place a piece of Camembert, a strip of beetroot, and a dill tip on it.
- 6. Roll the salmon tightly with the filling.
- 7. Place a fresh basil leaf on a piece of bread.
- 8. Place the salmon roll on top of the basil.
- 9. Arrange the finished bites nicely on a plate.
