Ingredients
- 0.5 bunch dill
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 100 g cream cheese (13% fat)
- 1 tsp grated horseradish (jar)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the dill under cold water.
- 2. Shake the dill dry.
- 3. Pluck the small dill leaves from the stems.
- 4. Set aside a few dill leaves for decoration.
- 5. Finely chop the remaining dill.
- 6. Take a large knife.
- 7. Finely chop the smoked salmon.
- 8. Put the chopped dill into a small bowl.
- 9. Add the chopped smoked salmon to the bowl.
- 10. Add the cream cheese to the bowl.
- 11. Add the horseradish to the bowl.
- 12. Thoroughly mix all ingredients in the bowl.
- 13. Garnish the dip with the reserved dill leaves.
- 14. Serve the dip.
