Ingredients
- 12 slices smoked salmon
- 60 g crème fraîche
- 12 pumpernickel rounds
- 1 hard-boiled egg

Instructions
- 1. Spread the crème fraîche evenly over the pumpernickel slices. Then place the smoked salmon pieces on top.
- 2. Peel the boiled egg and slice it thinly. Cut each slice into four pieces and arrange them decoratively on the salmon. Serve the bites garnished with fresh cress.
