  5. 5. Cut the trout fillets into bite-sized pieces.
  6. 6. Peel the papaya and remove the seeds.
  7. 7. Cut the papaya flesh into approx. 1 cm cubes.
  8. 8. Clean and wash the spring onions.
  9. 9. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  10. 10. Mix the trout pieces with the papaya, spring onions, and chives.
  11. 11. Place the mixture on plates.
  12. 12. Drizzle the melon sauce over the top.
