🍽️ Crunchy bread with smoked fish, melted cheese, and poached egg

Ingredients
- 4 slices bread
- 4 slices cheese
- 600 g smoked cod fillet (4 pieces)
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 4 eggs
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Place the bread on a baking sheet and toast it in the hot oven.
- 3. Take the bread out of the oven briefly and place the cheese on top.
- 4. Distribute the smoked fish pieces evenly over the cheese.
- 5. Put the bread back into the oven until the cheese has melted.
- 6. Fill a pot with about one liter of water and add vinegar.
- 7. Heat the vinegar-water mixture until it simmers (small bubbles rise to the surface).
- 8. Crack the eggs one by one and gently slide them into the warm water one after the other.
- 9. Poach the eggs for three to four minutes (cook gently in the liquid).
- 10. Lift the finished eggs out with a slotted spoon.
- 11. Place the poached eggs on the prepared bread with fish and cheese.
