🍽️ Fresh Radish Salad with Herring Rolls

Ingredients
- 3 bunches radishes
- juice of one lemon
- 1 tbsp fruit vinegar
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 500 g Rollmops
- 1 box garden cress
Instructions
- 1. Wash the radishes thoroughly and pat them dry. Then slice them into paper-thin rounds.
- 2. Mix the lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, a pinch of salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir in the oil until well combined. Add the radish slices to the dressing and toss them gently. Roughly chop the cress and mix it into the salad as well.
- 3. Divide the finished radish salad among the plates. Arrange the herring rolls neatly on top.
