  2. 2. Mix the lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, a pinch of salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir in the oil until well combined. Add the radish slices to the dressing and toss them gently. Roughly chop the cress and mix it into the salad as well.
  3. 3. Divide the finished radish salad among the plates. Arrange the herring rolls neatly on top.
