🍽️ Fresh Radish Quark on Pumpkin Seed Bread

Ingredients
- 250 g Quark
- 100 g Natural Yogurt
- Lemon Juice
- 150 g Tomatoes
- 1 Shallot
- Salt
- 8 Radishes (1 bunch)
- 8 Slices Whole Grain Bread (with Pumpkin Seeds, approx. 250 g)
- 3 Pink Peppercorns
- Chive Rolls (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Mix the quark with the yogurt and a few drops of lemon juice in a bowl.
- 2. Wash the tomato, cut it in half, and remove the seeds.
- 3. Dice the tomato flesh finely and stir it into the quark mixture.
- 4. Peel the shallot and dice it finely as well.
- 5. Fold the shallot cubes into the quark.
- 6. Season the quark cream to taste with salt.
- 7. Trim the radishes and wash them thoroughly.
- 8. Slice the radishes as thinly as possible.
- 9. Spread the quark filling evenly onto the bread slices.
- 10. Coarsely crush the pepper using a mortar and pestle or a knife.
- 11. Sprinkle the crushed pepper over the topped breads.
- 12. Top the breads with the radish slices.
- 13. Garnish the dishes with fine rolls of chives.
- 14. Serve the breads immediately.
