Ingredients
- 500 g Quark
- 200 g sour cream
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 4 tbsp chive rings
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 handful chopped watercress
- 4 radishes
- 1 tsp crushed mustard seeds
- 1 package crispbread
Instructions
- 1. Wash the radishes thoroughly and cut off the green tops.
- 2. Grate the radishes finely.
- 3. Sprinkle the grated radishes with a pinch of salt.
- 4. Let the radishes sit for ten minutes to soften.
- 5. Place the radishes in a kitchen towel and squeeze out the liquid firmly.
- 6. Mix the quark with the sour cream in a bowl.
- 7. Season the quark mixture with salt, pepper, and mustard seeds.
- 8. Finely chop the herbs.
- 9. Fold in the chopped herbs and the squeezed radishes into the quark mixture.
- 10. Taste the spread again and add more seasoning if needed.
- 11. Serve the finished spread together with crispbread.
