  8. 8. Dice the shallot.
  9. 9. Heat the butter in a pot.
  10. 10. Sauté the shallots until translucent.
  11. 11. Add the potatoes to the pot.
  12. 12. Add the chopped radishes and greens to the pot.
  13. 13. Sweat the vegetables briefly.
  14. 14. Pour in the broth.
  15. 15. Bring the soup to a boil.
  16. 16. Reduce the heat.
  17. 17. Cover the pot.
  18. 18. Simmer the soup for 20 minutes.
