  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the radishes and their leaves under running water.
  2. 2. Chop the green radish leaves into coarse pieces.
  3. 3. Take 3 to 4 radishes and slice them thinly or shave them into thin slices.
  4. 4. Dice the remaining radishes very finely.
  5. 5. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
  6. 6. Peel the shallot and garlic and dice them finely as well.
  7. 7. Sauté the cut vegetables briefly in hot butter.
  8. 8. Add the potatoes and the radish leaves to the pan.
  9. 9. Pour in the vegetable broth.
  10. 10. Simmer the soup gently over low heat for about 15 minutes.
  11. 11. Puree the mixture until it is smooth.
  12. 12. Stir the soy cream into the soup.
  13. 13. Add the small radish cubes.
  14. 14. Season the soup to taste with salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Fill the soup into small bowls.
  16. 16. Garnish the bowls with the thin radish slices and serve.
