  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the radishes under running water.
  2. 2. Cut the radishes in half lengthwise.
  3. 3. Cut each half into six equal wedges, but keep the bottom base intact so the shape stands.
  4. 4. Peel the cucumber completely.
  5. 5. Slice the peeled cucumber into three thin rounds.
  6. 6. Spread cream cheese evenly over all radish halves.
  7. 7. Place one cracker on top of three of the filled radish halves.
  8. 8. Place the corresponding second radish half on top of the cracker.
  9. 9. Gently press the two halves together so they stick.
  10. 10. Fill the remaining radish halves analogously with the cucumber slices instead of crackers.
  11. 11. Place the finished radish UFOs on a plate with the cut ends facing down.
  12. 12. Serve the UFOs immediately.
