Ingredients
- 6 radishes
- 50 g cucumber (1 piece)
- 30 g cream cheese (13 % fat) (1.5 tbsp)
- 3 round crackers
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the radishes under running water.
- 2. Cut the radishes in half lengthwise.
- 3. Cut each half into six equal wedges, but keep the bottom base intact so the shape stands.
- 4. Peel the cucumber completely.
- 5. Slice the peeled cucumber into three thin rounds.
- 6. Spread cream cheese evenly over all radish halves.
- 7. Place one cracker on top of three of the filled radish halves.
- 8. Place the corresponding second radish half on top of the cracker.
- 9. Gently press the two halves together so they stick.
- 10. Fill the remaining radish halves analogously with the cucumber slices instead of crackers.
- 11. Place the finished radish UFOs on a plate with the cut ends facing down.
- 12. Serve the UFOs immediately.
