🥤 Fresh Radish Smoothie

Ingredients
- 0.5 small lemon
- 0.25 box garden cress
- 0.5 bunch radishes
- 150 ml buttermilk
- 0.5 tsp paprika powder (mild sweet)
- 1 pinch salt
- liquid sweetener (to taste)
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the lemon and reserve exactly one tablespoon (tbsp) of juice for the recipe.
- 2. Cut the cress directly at the base.
- 3. Wash the radishes thoroughly under running water.
- 4. Remove the tough stems and the ends of the radishes.
- 5. Chop the radishes into coarse pieces.
- 6. Add the lemon juice, radish pieces, buttermilk, paprika powder, and salt to a countertop blender or a tall container for a hand blender.
- 7. Blend the ingredients until a smooth, creamy liquid forms.
- 8. Taste the smoothie and add a little sweetener if you prefer it sweeter.
- 9. Fill a glass with a few ice cubes.
- 10. Pour the smoothie over the ice.
- 11. Garnish the surface of the smoothie with the freshly cut cress.
