🍽️ Fresh Radish Camembert Spread with Whole Grain Bread

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 300 g ripe Camembert
- 50 g soft butter
- 100 g cream cheese (plain)
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 0.5 bunch radishes
- chives
- 4 slices whole grain bread
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and chop it very finely.
- 2. Mash the Camembert cheese into a creamy paste using a fork.
- 3. Mix the mashed Camembert with the butter and the cream cheese.
- 4. Fold the finely chopped onion into the cheese mixture.
- 5. Stir in the paprika powder and the cumin.
- 6. Season the mixture to taste with pepper and salt.
- 7. Wash the radishes thoroughly and remove the green stems.
- 8. Slice the radishes into thin rounds.
- 9. Finely chop half of the radish slices.
- 10. Stir the finely chopped radishes into the finished spread.
- 11. Fill the spread into small jars.
- 12. Garnish the jars with the remaining radish slices.
- 13. Place a few chive stems on top as a final touch.
- 14. Serve the spread together with whole grain bread.
