  3. 3. Optionally leave a small piece of green leafy top attached.
  4. 4. Cut each radish in half.
  5. 5. Mash the anchovy fillets into a fine paste using a fork.
  6. 6. Finely chop the capers.
  7. 7. Stir the mashed anchovies and chopped capers into the butter.
  8. 8. Add a splash of lemon juice.
  9. 9. Season the butter mixture with salt and black pepper.
  10. 10. Mix everything until you have a smooth and creamy butter paste.
  11. 11. Spread the anchovy butter generously onto the radish halves.
  12. 12. Arrange the buttered radishes on a serving plate.
  13. 13. Place the remaining butter into a small bowl.
