  2. 2. Remove the tough stem ends from the radishes.
  3. 3. Slice the radishes into thin rounds.
  4. 4. Also wash the mint under running water.
  5. 5. Shake the mint dry to remove excess water.
  6. 6. Carefully pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  7. 7. Cut the mint leaves into thin strips.
  8. 8. Add the lemon juice and honey to a large bowl.
  9. 9. Whisk the lemon juice and honey together well.
  10. 10. Add the oil to the dressing mixture in the bowl.
  11. 11. Add the vanilla powder to the oil dressing mixture.
  12. 12. Whisk everything together thoroughly for the dressing.
  13. 13. Add the sliced radishes to the bowl with the dressing.
  14. 14. Add the cut mint strips to the bowl.
  15. 15. Gently toss the radishes and mint until everything is evenly coated with dressing.
  16. 16. Mix the salt and chili powder in a small dish.
