🍽️ Fresh Radish and Mint Salad

Ingredients
- 5 bunches radishes
- 2 handfuls mint
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 pinch vanilla powder
- salt
- chili powder
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the radishes under running water.
- 2. Remove the tough stem ends from the radishes.
- 3. Slice the radishes into thin rounds.
- 4. Also wash the mint under running water.
- 5. Shake the mint dry to remove excess water.
- 6. Carefully pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 7. Cut the mint leaves into thin strips.
- 8. Add the lemon juice and honey to a large bowl.
- 9. Whisk the lemon juice and honey together well.
- 10. Add the oil to the dressing mixture in the bowl.
- 11. Add the vanilla powder to the oil dressing mixture.
- 12. Whisk everything together thoroughly for the dressing.
- 13. Add the sliced radishes to the bowl with the dressing.
- 14. Add the cut mint strips to the bowl.
- 15. Gently toss the radishes and mint until everything is evenly coated with dressing.
- 16. Mix the salt and chili powder in a small dish.
- 17. Sprinkle the salt-chili mixture evenly over the finished salad.
