🥗 Fresh Radish and Dandelion Salad

Ingredients
- 2 bunch radishes
- 1 bunch dandelion
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- 2 tbsp oil
- 100 g double cream cream cheese
- 8 edible flowers
- some chervil leaves
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the radishes, remove the green stems, and slice them thinly. Clean the dandelion greens, remove any thick stems, wash them as well, and let them drain well.
- 2. Whisk together the vinegar, salt, pepper, and oil to make a dressing. Add the radish slices and let them marinate briefly. Take two teaspoons dampened with water and scoop out small balls (nuggets) from the double-cream cream cheese.
- 3. Arrange the dandelion greens on the plates, top with the marinated radishes and the cream cheese balls. Garnish the dish with chervil and edible flowers, then serve immediately.
