  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the radishes, remove the green stems, and slice them thinly. Clean the dandelion greens, remove any thick stems, wash them as well, and let them drain well.
  2. 2. Whisk together the vinegar, salt, pepper, and oil to make a dressing. Add the radish slices and let them marinate briefly. Take two teaspoons dampened with water and scoop out small balls (nuggets) from the double-cream cream cheese.
  3. 3. Arrange the dandelion greens on the plates, top with the marinated radishes and the cream cheese balls. Garnish the dish with chervil and edible flowers, then serve immediately.
