Ingredients
- 6 radishes
- 200 g quark (, 20% fat)
- salt
- pepper
- cress
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly rinse the radishes, remove the green stems, and chop them into very small pieces. Stir the quark until smooth and season with a pinch of salt and some pepper.
- 2. Trim the ends of the cress. Fold the radishes and cress into the seasoned quark. Serve this spread best with whole wheat rolls.
