  1. 1. Mix buttermilk, lemon juice, yogurt, and milk in a bowl.
  2. 2. Add the horseradish and blend the mixture with an immersion blender until smooth.
  3. 3. Season the soup with salt, pepper, and freshly grated nutmeg to taste.
  4. 4. Wash the radishes and remove the green stems.
  5. 5. Cut the radishes into thin matchsticks or grate them finely.
  6. 6. Stir half of the prepared radishes into the cold soup.
  7. 7. Divide the soup onto two plates.
  8. 8. Wash the herbs and shake them dry.
  9. 9. Finely chop the herbs.
  10. 10. Sprinkle the chopped herbs over the soup.
  11. 11. Top the plates with the remaining radishes.
  12. 12. Add a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg to each serving.
