🍽️ Fresh Radish Guacamole

Ingredients
- 1 bunch radishes (with nice leaves)
- 1 small red onion
- 300 g ripe large avocado (1 ripe large avocado)
- 2 small limes
- 100 g yogurt (0.3 % fat)
- 1 clove garlic
- 10 g cilantro (0.5 bunch)
- salt
- 1 tsp cilantro
- 1 pinch chili flakes
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the radishes.
- 2. Dice three-quarters of the radishes into small cubes.
- 3. Slice the remaining radishes into thin rounds.
- 4. Take a small handful of radish leaves.
- 5. Wash the leaves and shake them dry.
- 6. Finely chop the radish leaves.
- 7. Peel the onion.
- 8. Dice the onion very finely.
- 9. Cut the avocado in half.
- 10. Remove the pit from the avocado half.
- 11. Carefully scoop the avocado flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
- 12. Drizzle the avocado flesh with two to three tablespoons of lime juice.
- 13. Mash the avocado with a fork.
- 14. Mix the mashed avocado with the yogurt.
- 15. Peel the garlic.
- 16. Finely chop the garlic.
- 17. Add the chopped garlic to the avocado mixture.
- 18. Wash the cilantro thoroughly.
- 19. Shake the cilantro dry.
- 20. Pick three-quarters of the cilantro leaves off the stems.
- 21. Finely chop the picked cilantro leaves.
- 22. Add the chopped radish cubes to the avocado cream.
- 23. Add the diced onion to the avocado cream.
- 24. Add the chopped radish leaves to the avocado cream.
- 25. Add the chopped cilantro leaves to the avocado cream.
- 26. Mix all ingredients well together.
- 27. Season the guacamole with the remaining lime juice.
- 28. Salt the guacamole to taste.
- 29. Sprinkle chili flakes over the guacamole.
- 30. Garnish the guacamole with the radish slices.
- 31. Top the guacamole with the remaining fresh cilantro leaves.
