  3. 3. Slice the remaining radishes into thin rounds.
  4. 4. Take a small handful of radish leaves.
  5. 5. Wash the leaves and shake them dry.
  6. 6. Finely chop the radish leaves.
  7. 7. Peel the onion.
  8. 8. Dice the onion very finely.
  9. 9. Cut the avocado in half.
  10. 10. Remove the pit from the avocado half.
  11. 11. Carefully scoop the avocado flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
  12. 12. Drizzle the avocado flesh with two to three tablespoons of lime juice.
  13. 13. Mash the avocado with a fork.
  14. 14. Mix the mashed avocado with the yogurt.
  15. 15. Peel the garlic.
  16. 16. Finely chop the garlic.
  17. 17. Add the chopped garlic to the avocado mixture.
  18. 18. Wash the cilantro thoroughly.
  19. 19. Shake the cilantro dry.
  20. 20. Pick three-quarters of the cilantro leaves off the stems.

  22. 22. Add the chopped radish cubes to the avocado cream.
  23. 23. Add the diced onion to the avocado cream.
  24. 24. Add the chopped radish leaves to the avocado cream.
  25. 25. Add the chopped cilantro leaves to the avocado cream.
  26. 26. Mix all ingredients well together.
  27. 27. Season the guacamole with the remaining lime juice.
  28. 28. Salt the guacamole to taste.
  29. 29. Sprinkle chili flakes over the guacamole.
  30. 30. Garnish the guacamole with the radish slices.
  31. 31. Top the guacamole with the remaining fresh cilantro leaves.
