🍽️ Radicchio Grape Salad

Ingredients
- 2 heads Radicchio
- 150 g light grapes
- 80 g walnut kernels
- 1 bunch chives
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Carefully separate the leaves of the radicchio, wash them thoroughly, shake off excess water, and tear them into small, bite-sized pieces. Wash the grapes, pat them dry, and cut them in half.
- 2. Roughly chop the walnuts. Wash the chives, dry them, and cut them into fine rings. Now mix the radicchio, grapes, and walnuts in a bowl.
- 3. Whisk together vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper to make a dressing, drizzle it over the salad, and sprinkle the chives on top.
