  2. 2. Roughly chop the walnuts. Wash the chives, dry them, and cut them into fine rings. Now mix the radicchio, grapes, and walnuts in a bowl.
  3. 3. Whisk together vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper to make a dressing, drizzle it over the salad, and sprinkle the chives on top.
