🍽️ Crispy Radicchio with Onions and Orange Dressing

Ingredients
- 0.5 frisée lettuce
- 1 small radicchio
- 1 large, red onion
- 3 unpeeled oranges
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp chive rings
Instructions
- 1. Separate the leaves from the radicchio and wash them thoroughly.
- 2. Spin the leaves dry and tear them into small pieces.
- 3. Peel the onions and slice them into thin rings.
- 4. Peel the oranges and remove all the white pith.
- 5. Slice the orange flesh into thin rounds.
- 6. Catch the released orange juice in a small bowl.
- 7. Add the lemon juice, honey, and olive oil to the orange juice.
- 8. Whisk the ingredients for the dressing well together.
- 9. Season the dressing finally with salt and pepper.
- 10. Distribute the salad and onion rings into small bowls.
- 11. Place the orange slices decoratively on top.
- 12. Drizzle the dish with the prepared dressing.
- 13. Sprinkle everything with fine chive rolls.
- 14. Serve the salad immediately while fresh.
