🍽️ Colorful salad with radicchio, watercress, pears and nut dressing

Ingredients
- 1 small radicchio
- 60 g watercress
- 2 ripe pears
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 50 g roasted hazelnuts
- 40 ml white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 0.5 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp vegetable broth
- 4 tbsp oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the radicchio thoroughly.
- 2. Shake the radicchio dry.
- 3. Tear the radicchio into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Wash the watercress.
- 5. Shake the watercress dry.
- 6. Wash the pears.
- 7. Halve the pears.
- 8. Core the pear halves.
- 9. Cut the pears into wedges.
- 10. Drizzle the pear wedges with lemon juice.
- 11. Mix the hazelnuts with the white wine vinegar.
- 12. Add the mustard to the nut mixture.
- 13. Add the sugar to the nut mixture.
- 14. Add the vegetable broth to the nut mixture.
- 15. Add the oil to the nut mixture.
- 16. Season the dressing with salt.
- 17. Season the dressing with pepper.
- 18. Pour the dressing over the salad.
- 19. Toss the salad briefly.
- 20. Serve the salad.
