  4. 4. Drizzle some oil over the ingredients in the pans.
  5. 5. Season everything with a pinch of salt, freshly ground pepper, and curry powder.
  6. 6. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes and sprinkle them over the mixture.
  7. 7. Place the pans under the raclette grill and grill them for about 10 minutes.
  8. 8. Meanwhile, wash the parsley and shake it dry.
  9. 9. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  10. 10. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the finished raclette pans just before serving.
