🍽️ Mushroom and Mozzarella Raclette

Ingredients
- 200 g mushrooms
- 2 spring onions
- 50 g raw beef ham
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- curry powder
- 125 g mozzarella (1 ball)
- 2 sprigs parsley
Instructions
- 1. Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly.
- 2. Wash the spring onions and cut them diagonally into small rings.
- 3. Distribute the mushrooms, spring onions, and ham evenly across four raclette pans.
- 4. Drizzle some oil over the ingredients in the pans.
- 5. Season everything with a pinch of salt, freshly ground pepper, and curry powder.
- 6. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes and sprinkle them over the mixture.
- 7. Place the pans under the raclette grill and grill them for about 10 minutes.
- 8. Meanwhile, wash the parsley and shake it dry.
- 9. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 10. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the finished raclette pans just before serving.
