🍰 Quinoa-Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients
- 100 g Quinoa (cooked from the day before)
- 250 g Raspberries (frozen)
- 1 tbsp Rice syrup (or maple syrup)
- 4 tbsp Almond yogurt
- 1 tsp Cacao nibs
Instructions
- 1. Let the raspberries for the dessert thaw.
- 2. Gently mash the thawed raspberries with a fork.
- 3. Add 1 tablespoon of rice syrup to the mashed raspberries.
- 4. Take a bowl.
- 5. Layer almond yogurt, the raspberry mixture, and quinoa alternately into the bowl.
- 6. Sprinkle the finished parfait with the remaining berries.
- 7. Add cacao nibs (small pieces of roasted cocoa beans) as a topping.
