  6. 6. Add a cinnamon stick to the pot.
  7. 7. Bring the mixture in the pot to a boil.
  8. 8. Stir in the rinsed quinoa grains.
  9. 9. Reduce the heat to a low setting.
  10. 10. Let the quinoa simmer for about 15 minutes.
  11. 11. Remove the pot from the heat source.
  12. 12. Cover the pot.
  13. 13. Let the quinoa rest for another 5 minutes.
  14. 14. Remove the cinnamon stick from the pot.
  15. 15. Sweeten the breakfast to taste with honey.
