  3. 3. Boil the potatoes for 20 minutes until they are tender.
  4. 4. Remove the pot from the heat and drain the water.
  5. 5. Rinse the potatoes briefly with cold water.
  6. 6. Let the potatoes drain well.
  7. 7. Wash the tomatoes.
  8. 8. Slice the tomatoes.
  9. 9. Peel the beetroot.
  10. 10. Slice the beetroot into thin slices.
  11. 11. Trim the ends of the spring onions.
  12. 12. Wash the spring onions.
  13. 13. Chop the spring onions into small rings.
  14. 14. Grate the Gouda cheese.
  15. 15. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  16. 16. Place the potatoes on the baking sheet.
  17. 17. Flatten each potato using a potato masher.
  18. 18. Make sure the potatoes are about 1 cm thick.
  19. 19. Brush the potatoes with oil.
  20. 20. Place the tomato slices on the potatoes.
