  2. 2. Place the banana in a bowl.
  3. 3. Mash the banana with a fork.
  4. 4. Add the eggs, quark, oat drink, and oil to the bowl.
  5. 5. Mix the ingredients well.
  6. 6. Sprinkle in the oat flakes, wholemeal flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  7. 7. Mix everything into a smooth batter.
  8. 8. Cover the bowl.
  9. 9. Let the batter rest in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
  10. 10. Preheat a non-stick waffle iron.
  11. 11. Stir the batter briefly.
  12. 12. Place 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter on the lower baking surface of the waffle iron.
  13. 13. Close the waffle iron.
  14. 14. Bake the waffle golden brown in about 4 minutes.
  15. 15. Place the finished waffle on a plate.
  16. 16. Repeat steps 12 to 15 until about 6 waffles are baked.
  17. 17. Serve the waffles with unsweetened applesauce and yogurt.
