🍰 Fruity Quark Cake with Blueberries

Ingredients
- 3 sheets Gelatin
- 250 g Low-fat quark
- 299 g Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Acacia honey
- 60 g Blueberries
Instructions
- 1. Soak the gelatin in a bowl of cold water.
- 2. Mix the low-fat quark and the yogurt in a separate bowl.
- 3. Sweeten the quark-yogurt mixture with acacia honey.
- 4. Squeeze the soaked gelatin sheet well.
- 5. Warm the gelatin in a small pot until it has completely dissolved.
- 6. Stir the liquid gelatin into the quark mixture.
- 7. Wash the blueberries and pat them dry.
- 8. Set aside some fresh blueberries to use for garnishing later.
- 9. Stir the rest of the blueberries into the quark mixture.
- 10. Pour the mixture into a mold and smooth the surface.
- 11. Place the mold in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
- 12. Let the quark cake set overnight for best results.
- 13. Carefully release the cake from the mold before serving.
- 14. Slice the quark cake.
- 15. Decorate the slices with the reserved blueberries.
