  2. 2. Mix the low-fat quark and the yogurt in a separate bowl.
  3. 3. Sweeten the quark-yogurt mixture with acacia honey.
  4. 4. Squeeze the soaked gelatin sheet well.
  5. 5. Warm the gelatin in a small pot until it has completely dissolved.
  6. 6. Stir the liquid gelatin into the quark mixture.
  7. 7. Wash the blueberries and pat them dry.
  8. 8. Set aside some fresh blueberries to use for garnishing later.
  9. 9. Stir the rest of the blueberries into the quark mixture.
  10. 10. Pour the mixture into a mold and smooth the surface.
  11. 11. Place the mold in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
  12. 12. Let the quark cake set overnight for best results.
  13. 13. Carefully release the cake from the mold before serving.
  14. 14. Slice the quark cake.
  15. 15. Decorate the slices with the reserved blueberries.
