🍽️ Creamy Quark Dip with Curry Flavor

Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 handful chives
- 1 untreated lemon
- 250 g quark
- 3 tbsp whipping cream
- 1 tsp curry powder
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove.
- 2. Wash the chives under running water.
- 3. Dry the chives thoroughly.
- 4. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 5. Set aside two teaspoons of the chive rings for decoration.
- 6. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
- 7. Grate the zest from half the lemon.
- 8. Squeeze the juice from the half lemon.
- 9. Stir the quark smoothly with the cream.
- 10. Press the garlic into the quark mixture.
- 11. Mix the mixture with the lemon zest.
- 12. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice.
- 13. Add the curry powder to the bowl.
- 14. Season the dip to taste with salt and pepper.
- 15. Fill the finished dip into small bowls.
- 16. Sprinkle the remaining chives over the dip.
- 17. Serve the dip with sesame sticks.
