🍽️ Quark cream with celery and apple

Ingredients
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 200 g quark
- 3 stalks celery
- 2 Boskop apples
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 slices whole grain bread
Instructions
- 1. Mix the curry powder with two tablespoons of lukewarm water until smooth.
- 2. Stir the curry-water mixture into the quark.
- 3. Wash the celery and remove the outer fibers.
- 4. Cut one stalk of celery into very small cubes.
- 5. Finely chop some of the green celery leaves.
- 6. Halve the remaining celery stalks.
- 7. Quarter the apples and remove the core.
- 8. Grate the apple pieces coarsely.
- 9. Mix the grated apples immediately with the lemon juice to prevent browning.
- 10. Fold in the grated apples and the celery cubes into the quark cream.
