🍰 Mint Quark Dessert

Ingredients
- 350 g Quark (20% fat)
- 150 g whipping cream
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- green peppermint liqueur
Instructions
- 1. Whip the cream until stiff. Gently fold the quark into the cream. Sift the powdered sugar over the mixture and stir it in. Pour one teaspoon of mint liqueur into each of four small glass bowls.
- 2. Top the liqueur with one heaped tablespoon of the quark mixture. Drizzle one to two more teaspoons of liqueur over it and cover with the remaining quark. Refrigerate for about one hour. Serve chilled, ideally decorated nicely.
