🍽️ Crunchy Oat Mango Quark Cream

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Oats
- 400 g Mango flesh (pitted)
- 100 g Ricotta
- 100 g Quark
- 1 tbsp liquid Honey
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Preheat a small non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- 2. Add the oat flakes to the hot pan.
- 3. Toast the oat flakes without added fat until they are golden brown and crunchy.
- 4. Remove the toasted oat flakes from the pan and set them aside.
- 5. Cut the mango flesh into approx. 1 cm cubes.
- 6. Place the ricotta and quark in a bowl.
- 7. Add 1 tablespoon of the toasted oat flakes to the quark mixture.
- 8. Mix the ricotta, quark, and oat flakes thoroughly.
- 9. Add the honey to the quark mixture.
- 10. Add the lemon juice to the quark mixture.
- 11. Stir until a smooth cream forms.
- 12. Take small glass bowls for the portions.
- 13. Layer one spoonful of quark cream and one spoonful of mango cubes into the bowls.
- 14. Repeat the layering until two-thirds of the quark cream and mango are used.
- 15. Distribute the remaining mango cubes on top of the cream.
- 16. Sprinkle the remaining toasted oat flakes over the cream.
