  1. 1. Preheat a small non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the oat flakes to the hot pan.
  3. 3. Toast the oat flakes without added fat until they are golden brown and crunchy.
  4. 4. Remove the toasted oat flakes from the pan and set them aside.
  5. 5. Cut the mango flesh into approx. 1 cm cubes.
  6. 6. Place the ricotta and quark in a bowl.
  7. 7. Add 1 tablespoon of the toasted oat flakes to the quark mixture.
  8. 8. Mix the ricotta, quark, and oat flakes thoroughly.
  9. 9. Add the honey to the quark mixture.
  10. 10. Add the lemon juice to the quark mixture.
  11. 11. Stir until a smooth cream forms.
  12. 12. Take small glass bowls for the portions.
  13. 13. Layer one spoonful of quark cream and one spoonful of mango cubes into the bowls.
  14. 14. Repeat the layering until two-thirds of the quark cream and mango are used.
  15. 15. Distribute the remaining mango cubes on top of the cream.
  16. 16. Sprinkle the remaining toasted oat flakes over the cream.
