  3. 3. Set aside some whole strawberries for decoration.
  4. 4. Halve the remaining strawberries.
  5. 5. Grate half of the orange peel finely.
  6. 6. Squeeze the orange to extract the juice.
  7. 7. Mix the orange liqueur with the orange juice and the grated peel.
  8. 8. Pour the mixture over the halved strawberries.
  9. 9. Let the strawberries marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, covered.
  10. 10. Stir the quark with a little milk until creamy.
  11. 11. Fold the honey into the quark mixture.
  12. 12. Fold the vanilla sugar into the quark mixture.
  13. 13. Fold a pinch of nutmeg into the quark mixture.
  14. 14. Whip the cream until stiff.
  15. 15. Gently fold the whipped cream into the quark cream.
  16. 16. Place a layer of quark cream into well-chilled dessert glasses.
  17. 17. Place a layer of the marinated strawberries on top of the quark cream.
  18. 18. Repeat the layering until the glasses are filled.
  19. 19. Finish the dessert with a layer of quark cream.
  20. 20. Decorate the dessert with the reserved whole strawberries.
  21. 21. Finely chop the pistachios.
  22. 22. Sprinkle the pistachios over the finished dessert.
