🍳 Quark Cream with Berries

Ingredients
- 300 g quark (40 % fat)
- 80 g coconut milk
- 3 tbsp flaxseed oil
- 70 g berry mix
- 10 g chopped almond kernels
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly mix the quark with the coconut milk and two tablespoons of flaxseed oil until you have a smooth mixture.
- 2. Sort through the berries to remove any damaged ones, wash them, and gently pat them dry. Toast the almonds in a pan without added fat over medium heat for three minutes.
- 3. Divide the quark mixture into two bowls. Garnish with the fresh berries, a drizzle of the remaining flaxseed oil, and the toasted almonds.
