  4. 4. Slice the peeled bananas into rounds.
  5. 5. Put the cream and quark cheese into a large bowl.
  6. 6. Stir the ingredients vigorously until no lumps remain and the mixture is smooth.
  7. 7. Get four dessert glasses ready.
  8. 8. Divide half of the quark-cream mixture among the glasses.
  9. 9. Sprinkle the Amaretti crumbs evenly over the quark layer.
  10. 10. Drizzle two tablespoons of honey onto each layer.
  11. 11. Distribute half of the banana slices over the honey.
