🍳 Creamy Quark Mix with Avocado and Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
- 120 g Smoked salmon
- 1 Shallot
- 2 sprigs Dill
- 2 Avocados
- 300 g Quark
- 0.5 tsp Wasabi paste
- 1 drop Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (roasted)
Instructions
- 1. Dice the smoked salmon into small cubes.
- 2. Peel the shallot and cut it into fine cubes as well.
- 3. Rinse the dill and shake it dry.
- 4. Pick off the dill leaves and chop them coarsely.
- 5. Set aside a small handful of dill for garnishing.
- 6. Peel the avocados and halve them.
- 7. Remove the pit from the avocados.
- 8. Mash the avocado flesh finely with a fork.
- 9. Stir the avocado into the well-drained quark until smooth.
- 10. Fold in the salmon, shallot cubes and dill.
- 11. Season everything with wasabi, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
- 12. Spoon the cream into small bowls.
- 13. Garnish with the remaining dill and pumpkin seeds.
- 14. Serve immediately.
