  1. 1. Dice the smoked salmon into small cubes.
  2. 2. Peel the shallot and cut it into fine cubes as well.
  3. 3. Rinse the dill and shake it dry.
  4. 4. Pick off the dill leaves and chop them coarsely.
  5. 5. Set aside a small handful of dill for garnishing.
  6. 6. Peel the avocados and halve them.
  7. 7. Remove the pit from the avocados.
  8. 8. Mash the avocado flesh finely with a fork.
  9. 9. Stir the avocado into the well-drained quark until smooth.
  10. 10. Fold in the salmon, shallot cubes and dill.
  11. 11. Season everything with wasabi, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
  12. 12. Spoon the cream into small bowls.
  13. 13. Garnish with the remaining dill and pumpkin seeds.
  14. 14. Serve immediately.
