🍰 Quark Ice Cream Dessert with Fresh Apples and Strawberries

Ingredients
- 1 small apple
- 3 strawberries
- 1 tsp pistachio kernels
- 75 g strawberry ice cream (1 scoop)
- 100 g low-fat quark (4 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apple thoroughly.
- 2. Dry the apple with a cloth.
- 3. Cut the apple into eight equal wedges.
- 4. Remove the core from each wedge.
- 5. Slice the apple pieces into thin rounds.
- 6. Cut the slices into small matchsticks.
- 7. Wash the strawberries under running water.
- 8. Remove the green stems and leaves from the strawberries.
- 9. Slice the strawberries into thin pieces.
- 10. Place the pistachios on a cutting board.
- 11. Chop the pistachios very finely with a large knife.
- 12. Take the ice cream out of the freezer.
- 13. Put the ice cream into a small bowl.
- 14. Let the ice cream thaw briefly until it is soft.
- 15. Add the quark to the soft ice cream.
- 16. Whisk the mixture with a whisk until creamy.
- 17. Gently fold in the sliced apples.
- 18. Gently fold in the sliced strawberries.
- 19. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the dessert.
- 20. Serve the dessert immediately.
