  4. 4. Wash the snow peas and remove the tough strings.
  5. 5. Halve the snow peas.
  6. 6. Bring water with salt to a boil.
  7. 7. Blanch the kohlrabi and carrots in the boiling salted water for about 5 minutes.
  8. 8. Blanch the snow peas in the same water for 2 minutes.
  9. 9. Drain the vegetables and shock them with cold water.
  10. 10. Place the vegetables in a bowl.
  11. 11. Heat the broth.
  12. 12. Stir the lemon juice and vinegar into the warm broth.
  13. 13. Season the marinade with salt, pepper, and sugar.
  14. 14. Pour the marinade over the vegetables.
  15. 15. Cover the bowl and let the vegetables marinate for at least 3 hours.
