🍰 Creamy Quark with Fresh Citrus Fruits

Ingredients
- 500 g curd cheese (20%)
- 300 g whole milk yogurt
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 can mandarin
- 2 tbsp lemon jam
- 2 oranges
- 2 pink grapefruits
- 3 mandarins
Instructions
- 1. Put the quark, the yogurt, and the sugar into a bowl.
- 2. Whisk the mixture with a whisk until it is creamy and smooth.
- 3. Take the drained mandarins and mash them roughly with a fork.
- 4. Stir the jam into the mashed mandarins.
- 5. Gently fold the mandarin mixture into the quark.
- 6. Peel the oranges and the grapefruits completely, including the white pith.
- 7. Cut the citrus fruits into bite-sized pieces.
- 8. Catch the released juice in a separate bowl while doing this.
- 9. Put the citrus fruits and the collected juice into the serving glasses.
- 10. Fill the glasses to the top with the quark mixture.
