  2. 2. Toast the chips while stirring constantly until they turn golden brown.
  3. 3. Remove the toasted coconut chips from the pan.
  4. 4. Let the chips cool down completely on a plate.
  5. 5. Peel the oranges and the grapefruit using a sharp knife.
  6. 6. Slice the fruit flesh into segments.
  7. 7. Catch the released juice directly in a bowl.
  8. 8. Squeeze the remaining fruit membranes to extract the last drops of juice.
  9. 9. Mix the quark with the collected citrus fruit juice.
  10. 10. Add the apple syrup to the quark mixture.
  11. 11. Take half of the cooled coconut chips and stir them in.
  12. 12. Fill the quark mixture into four individual glasses.
  13. 13. Distribute the orange and grapefruit segments evenly over the quark.
  14. 14. Sprinkle the desserts with the remaining coconut chips.
