🍰 Quark with Blueberries

Ingredients
- 500 g blueberries
- 4 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 2 tbsp almond slivers
- 400 g low-fat quark
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Remove any damaged or unripe blueberries from the batch.
- 2. Rinse the remaining blueberries under running water.
- 3. Gently pat the berries dry with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Place the blueberries into a bowl.
- 5. Add two tablespoons of honey to the berries.
- 6. Add the orange juice.
- 7. Mix everything well so the berries are evenly coated.
- 8. Let the mixture stand for about ten minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
- 9. Take a non-stick pan and place it on the stove.
- 10. Add the almonds to the cold pan.
- 11. Set the heat to medium.
- 12. Roast the almonds for about eight to ten minutes.
- 13. Stir regularly to prevent them from burning.
- 14. Remove the pan from the heat as soon as the almonds are golden brown.
- 15. Let the almonds cool down completely.
- 16. Take a clean bowl for the quark.
- 17. Add two tablespoons of honey to the bowl with the quark.
- 18. Add the lemon juice.
- 19. Stir the quark with a spoon or whisk until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- 20. Take your serving glasses.
- 21. Spoon a layer of quark into each glass.
- 22. Add a spoonful of the marinated blueberries on top.
- 23. Repeat these layers until the glasses are filled.
- 24. Crush the cooled almonds with your hands.
- 25. Sprinkle the almond pieces over the top layer.
- 26. Sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
