🍽️ Quark Vegetable Dip

Ingredients
- 1 Carrot
- Salt
- 6 Radishes
- 0.25 Bunch Chives
- 250 g Low-fat quark
- 2 tbsp Crème fraîche
- 100 g Plain yogurt
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the carrot and trim the ends.
- 2. Cut the carrot into very small cubes.
- 3. Bring salted water to a boil.
- 4. Add the carrot cubes to the boiling water for 1 minute (this is called blanching).
- 5. Drain the carrots and rinse them with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- 6. Let the carrots drain well.
- 7. Wash the radishes and remove the stems.
- 8. Cut the radishes into very small cubes as well.
- 9. Rinse the chives and shake them dry.
- 10. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 11. Mix the quark with the crème fraîche and the yogurt in a bowl.
- 12. Fold in the prepared carrots and radishes into the quark mixture.
- 13. Stir in the chopped chives.
- 14. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 15. Fill the dip into glasses and serve.
